Valley of Kashmir Tour
Duration : 6 Nights / 7 Days
Day 1: Arrive
Srinagar
On arrival you will be met by our repr esentative
at the airport who will transfer you to the reserved
houseboat. In the afternoon you will be taken on a short boat
ride (Shikara ride) around the Dal lake and returned to the
houseboat, where you will enjoy dinner and stay overnight.
Day 2: Visit
Gulmarg
In the morning after breakfast you will proceed to Gulmarg,
one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is
also popular for its golf course (open in summer). It is the
highest golf course in the world and skiing is possible during
the winter. Enjoy the splendor of paradise and the snowy
mountains. One can have a gondola cable car ride from Gulmarg
to Khilanmarg and can enjoy the adventure of horse riding and
hiking. In the evening you will return to Srinagar for dinner
and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Local
Sightseeing
In the morning you will enjoy breakfast
and spend a half day on a tour of the Mughal garden, the world
famous garnden, visiting the Nishat Bagh (The Garden of
Pleasure) and the Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). In the
afternoon you will visit Shankar Achariya Hindu Temple on the
top of the mountain, enjoying a beautiful view of the lake and
you will visit the old and new parts of Srinagar city. You
will return to the houseboat for a delicious dinner and an
overnight stay.
Day 4: Visit
Sonamarg
In the morning after breakfast you will be driven to
Sonarmarg (Meadow of Gold) which is one of the most beautiful
drives from Srinagar. On the way to Sonarmarg (2690 Mtrs) you
will see many beautiful spots. On arrival in Sonarmarg you can
visit Thajiwas glacier where snows remains all year. Sonarmarg
is known as the Gateway of Ladakh. In the evening you will
return to the houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Visit
Pahalgam
In the morning after breakfast you will be driven to
Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). On the way you will visit
Saffron fields, Avantipur ruins and Anantang Sulphur spring
you can see holy fish at Matton. Pahalgam is one of the most
famous and beautiful places in Kashmir, used frequently in for
shooting in the Indian film industry. Enjoy the paradise of
the charming valley. In the evening you will return to the
houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Visit Lake
and Rest Day
In the morning after breakfast you will visit the old part
of Dal Lake and have rest in the afternoon or visit the old
part of the city on your own.
Day 7: Departure for Onwards Destination
In the morning you will have breakfast and be transferred
on time for your onwards destination.

Rs. 12900 per person on Twin share basis. (minimum 4 persons)
The prices are
inclusive of breakfast and dinner and all taxes. These prices
are commissionable by 20% to your travel agent.
